The Grubb & Ellis|Cressy & Everett Auction Team brings together proven auction techniques and professionals to provide a custom auction platform designed to efficiently dispose of unique and under-performing assets.

We fast track the disposition process by simply setting a sale date, assist our sellers in compiling the necessary information (survey, environmental reports, etc) regarding their property that will be required by any potential Bidder so we can proceed to auction. 

By simply setting a date, we are creating urgency in a tough real estate market, not to mention a list of interested parties attracted by our vigorous marketing process.   We intensify our marketing system through the use of internet listing services, targeted direct mail, personal phone calls to prospective bidders, and cold calls in an all out effort to place the subject property profile in the hands of as many interested and qualified investors and buyers as possible.

The auction allows the seller to expedite the disposition process, while still retaining control of the terms and conditions of sale.  While not all properties and situations warrant an auction, our team is willing to give all owners an honest assessment of whether an auction is right for your property.
