Tish Kajzer, Quality Assurance Director of the Management Services Division of Grubb & Ellis | Cressy & Everett joined the company in 2008. She came to the company with over 30 years experience in overseeing the environmental service department of a 1.2 million-square-foot healthcare facility where she directed a 93-member team. For the Grubb & Ellis | Cressy & Everett portfolio of managed properties, Tish oversees the implementation of quality procedures and policies, and ensures that standard practices, laws and regulations are being met on a daily basis. She works many vendors including cleaning, waste management and pest control; handles building signage for tenants; trains cleaning crews for medical space cleaning and after-construction cleanup; sets up all carpet care and hard surface floor care; maintains inventory of all paper products used in managed properties and reviews budgets for these inventories; responds to emergency situations at buildings; monitors all elevator certificates; and is responsible for overall customer satisfaction for all tenants in our managed properties. Tish has extensive experience in budgeting, purchasing and supervision. She is knowledgeable about relevant federal/state regulations and has passed all State Board and JCAHO cleanliness standards surveys with zero non-conformance for 28 years.
