CAREER SUMMARY

Tim Mehall is a principal at Grubb & Ellis | Cressy & Everett and has been affiliated with the company since 1990 as Vice President of Retail Services. He has been involved in the pre-development and marketing of several retail centers including the 285,778-square-foot Princess City Plaza, 300,000-square-foot Indian Ridge Plaza and the 345,000-square-foot Wilshire Plaza all located in Mishawaka in the University Park Trade Area. He was also involved in the development of Coldwater Crossing, a 345,000-square-foot retail center in Fort Wayne, and in the development of  Martin's St. Joseph Plaza, a 70,000-square-foot center in St. Joseph, Michigan. In addition, Tim has represented Albertson's Inc., Steak N Shake, Aaron's Rent to Own, Houlihan's Restaurant and Lexus on their expansion programs in St. Joseph and Elkhart counties. Tim has also worked with numerous owners on a national and local level in leasing, subleasing and selling of retail related properties.
