Roy Roelke has been involved in business development for over 22 years. Prior to working for Grubb & Ellis | Cressy & Everett he worked as project manager or owner in the areas of transportation, distribution, logistics, and real estate. His real estate experience includes assisting transportation companies, renewable energy firms, and other clients in site selection, property development, and acquisition of benefits from local and state governments for clients. He has also provided services to his clients in brownfield development, environmental consulting, and environmental construction. Some of the companies and municipalities he has worked with include C.R. England, Watkins Motor Lines/FedEx Freight Systems, Preston Trucking Company, Dallas and Mavis, Schneider National, Consolidated Freightways, South Bend Freight, Roadway Express, UPS, Allied Products/South Bend Stamping, The City of South Bend, Clayton County, Georgia, Allegheny County, PA, Lakeland School Corporation, Verson AllSteel Press, Church of God, Coach USA, J.F.  New, Conestoga-Roovers, and EOSOL Americas. Roy’s work with industrial, transportation, environmental and renewable energy clients, and his knowledge of management, marketing and real estate provides him the experience to serve his clients in a cost efficient, specialized, and professional manner.
