John Laird has been with Grubb and Ellis | Cressy and Everett since 2002. Prior to joining the company he was in private practice concentrating in commercial real estate law and finance. He has experience negotiating and finalizing contracts with third parties, negotiating leases, finalizing project financing and completing the closing process, and dealing with land use, zoning and administrative issues. He also provides general advice and counsel on all legal matters impacting the company.
