Jim Skillen is a second-generation real estate broker in the Elkhart area and specializes in industrial and office sales, leasing and real estate consultation services. Jim has achieved the prestigious Circle of Excellence Award for production in 2002 and 2004, putting him in the top 25 producers within the Grubb & Ellis Affiliate network of over 1,000 brokers nationwide. He is very involved in the Elkhart community and has developed relationships with major employers and helped created business opportunities for real estate consultation and development services through those connections. In his more than 25 years of experience Jim has provided brokerage services to customers in all areas of real estate including residential, industrial, retail, office, land sales and leasing.
