CAREER SUMMARY
Corey Cressy has 12 years experience in commercial real estate, specializing in retail and office development, and in office and medical space leasing. Corey was instrumental in the realization of Mishawaka’s Edison Lakes Corporate Park, a $900 million master planned community. As part of the Grubb & Ellis | Cressy & Everett Healthcare Advisory Group, Corey has provided fulfillment in the leasing of medical office space at the newly developed $355 million St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. Additonally, Corey is a principal with Grubb & Ellis | Cressy & Everett, Cressy & Everett Property Management and Cressy Land Planning.
