CAREER SUMMARY

Connie has over 30 years of experience in business development, marketing, and real estate sales and leasing. Connie is responsible for developing new business opportunities, company branding and name recognition of Grubb & Ellis | Cressy & Everett as commercial real estate experts in northern Indiana and Southwestern Michigan.  Other responsibilities include development and implementation of company marketing strategies, seller and landlord presentations, forecasting and market research, referral coordination, utilization of our proprietary G2 database, and direct interaction with clients, prospects and brokers. Connie is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Indiana. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis | Cressy & Everett, Connie was the Marketing Assistant for a local real estate development company.
